I am an ANCC board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and earned my Master’s in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing from Stony Brook University. Together we will develop and adapt a plan for medication management that is just right for you. Follow up sessions are approximately 20-30 minutes reviewing progress and making adjustments as needed for optimal mental wellness.
