I am a licensed, board-certified Advanced Practice Nurse in Psychiatry/Mental Health with prescriptive authority most often treating adults with Depression, Anxiety, OCD, ADHD, Insomnia & Gay/Lesbian issues.
I provide medication management & brief counseling in a supportive environment and teach clients effective ways to cope, problem solve & gain healthier perspectives. I utilize the latest research & evidence to optimize treatment & always take into account patient preferences. When more intense counseling is needed, I can also assist with therapy referrals.
My office is a safe and judgment free place for you to begin healing, growing and learning about yourself and I tailor my approach to each individual's needs.
