Hello, and welcome. I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) who provides medication management and supportive care for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, trauma-related concerns, and other mental health challenges. I believe that mental health treatment works best when patients feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their care. My goal is to create a comfortable, nonjudgmental space where we can work together to develop a treatment plan that supports your goals and overall well-being.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and individualized. I take the time to understand each person's unique experiences, symptoms, strengths, and goals before making treatment recommendations. I use evidence-based medication management while also emphasizing education, healthy coping strategies, and open communication.
During our first session, we will spend time getting to know each other and discussing your concerns, symptoms, treatment history, and goals for care. My priority is to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable sharing your experiences at your own pace.
