My ideal clients are adults experiencing depression, anxiety, or stress that has begun to affect their daily lives. Some may also be navigating trauma, attention or focus difficulties, relationship challenges, identity questions, or major life transitions. I work with people of all racial and cultural backgrounds, sexual orientations, and gender identities. My ideal client is looking for a psychiatrist who can provide medication management while also exploring the broader factors in their life that may be contributing to symptoms, with the goal of feeling more stable, confident, and engaged.
I provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and brief supportive psychotherapy for adults. I specialize in mood and anxiety disorders and take a collaborative, individualized approach. I integrate brief psychotherapy into medication visits to support insight, coping, and meaningful improvement alongside thoughtful medication care.
Starting psychiatric care can feel overwhelming. I strive to be warm, energetic, and engaged, and I enjoy getting to know patients as whole people beyond their diagnoses. My goal is to create a supportive, respectful space where we can work together toward feeling better and moving forward.
