Meet Kevin Cromer, a Spartanburg native deeply committed to the local mental health community since 2014. Starting as a registered nurse at Spartanburg Medical Center, Kevin's passion for mental health led him to pursue advanced education, becoming an ANCC-Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. With experience in both inpatient and outpatient care, he established Upstate Mental Health, LLC in January 2021, making history as Spartanburg's first Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner-owned office in December 2021.
