I am a board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with over 20 years of experience helping people with their mental heath. I'm passionate about helping improve their mental health and I use a compassionate and engaging approach that will allow you to feel heard, understood, and cared for after our first session. In most cases, we can have an appointment within five days or less.

I see clients from age 12 to 60 years old from all backgrounds and I specialize in the treatment of depression, anxiety, insomnia, bipolar disorder, ADHD, OCD and many other conditions. My style combines therapy and medication management with a focus on ensuring that you feel heard and cared for.

My career helping people started all the way back in 1998 when I started working with people in crisis and continued through careers as a paramedic, registered nurse, and now a psychiatric nurse practitioner.
