I am Kesha, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) who manages and treats a wide range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, school issues, bipolar disorder, and trauma. I am passionate about providing quality, compassionate, and comprehensive mental health services to both adolescents and adults.
I completed my Master of Nursing at Maryville University, where I developed strong clinical skills and a natural ability to build rapport with patients and their families. In addition to medication management, I utilize cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), culturally sensitive therapy, faith-based therapy, motivational interviewing, and person-centered.
