I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with 10+ years of experience in the mental health field. My goal is to provide evidence-based, holistic care by combining psychopharmacology with supportive psychotherapy to enhance each individual’s mental, physical, and emotional state of well-being. I value collaborative relationships and enjoy tailoring care by taking into account one’s unique identities, background, and environment. I am passionate about social justice and equality, learning about the cultural underpinnings that comprise each unique identity, and reducing the stigma of mental illnesses.
Grounded in evidence-based practice, my practice specializes in the treatment of adults with ADHD, anxiety disorders, eating disorders, mood disorders, adjustment disorders, and trauma. I have extensive, various experiences in this field, including inpatient, outpatient, IOP/PHP, residential, and telehealth.
