I’m an integrative psychiatrist and psychotherapist who believes in the innate healing power of the mind, body, and spirit. I help adults who struggle with anxiety disorders, mood disorders, ADHD, and PTSD/trauma harness the power of their experiences and emotions to restore self-confidence, reconnect with their purpose, pursue fulfilling relationships, and accomplish their personal and professional goals with joy. I also have a special interest in working with healthcare professionals to heal from work related trauma and find fulfillment in their career again.
I believe that you are whole. Deep within you exists all you need to heal and grow. It’s my role, my mission, to help guide you back to that space. I combine traditional psychiatric treatments, such as medication and talk therapy with complimentary approaches such as mindfulness/meditation, supplements, lifestyle coaching, and psychedelic integration.
