I am a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner who enjoys treating patients across the lifespan. I treat patients of all ages with depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, schizophrenia, and ADHD. I encourage clients to actively participate in their healing as we work together to develop an individualized, holistic treatment plan curated to meet your specific needs. My ultimate goal is to assist clients in optimizing their mental, physical, and spiritual wellness.
I specialize in integrative psychiatry and focus on the mind-body connection by utilizing evidence-based psychopharmacological and therapeutic interventions alongside lifestyle modifications. I am well-versed in using supplements, diet, exercise, sleep, and mindfulness interventions to enhance well-being and promote recovery.
