With advanced training as a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and over 30 years of experience as an RN, I bring a compassionate, holistic approach to mental health care. My practice focuses on the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—using an empathic and non-judgmental style that fosters trust and collaboration. My therapeutic approach integrates brief supportive therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR).
