I offer my patients a calm, upbeat, compassionate, non-judgmental experience. I will listen to you! I believe in working collaboratively with my patients to determine the best course of treatment. My goal is to help you be your best self by utilizing a diagnostic evaluation, possibly medication if indicated and supportive psychotherapy. I may utilize genetic testing and provide specialized referrals if needed. I am willing to work with your therapist and other medical providers. I believe the mind and body are connected. I am open minded to the use of alternative medicine and encourage healthy lifestyle changes.

I have experience working with patients from all cultures and backgrounds. I have a special interest in working with clients with the following issues: depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, ADHD, women's heath, end-of-life, medical providers, educators and other professionals. I am LGBTQIA+ and alternative lifestyle friendly.

It is important to rule out organic causes that may co-exist with presenting symptoms interfering with quality of life. From this perspective I perform the most thorough psychiatric diagnostic evaluation. I am a Christian Mental Health Care Professional and welcome all beliefs. I teach as a part time professor at a local university.
