I am a holistic psychiatric nurse practitioner who diagnoses and treats a variety of mental health conditions including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and OCD. I use medication, behavioral interventions, nutritional counseling, supplements, and other empirically supported interventions to bring about meaningful change in your symptoms.
I will spend the time it takes to hear your story fully, thus, initial appointments are 2-3 hours of extensive history taking and psychiatric assessment. All of your concerns will be explored and you will leave with a plan of care that you feel hopeful about.
