I served as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in the U.S. Army for over two decades. I am certified in Inner Child Therapy and specialize in treating substance abuse, PTSD, self-sabotage, ADHD, anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, stress, and trauma. I am also certified in both medication management and therapy. Her approach to creating a personalized treatment plan is collaborative, holistic, and infused with trust and empathy.

I am certified in Inner Child Therapy. This type of therapy allows adult clients to address past wounds by understanding the needs they had as children and how they can provide those needs to themselves as adults. This type of therapy often involves acceptance, self-love, and self-compassion on the path to inner child healing.
