My approach is centered on active listening and collaboration with you to ensure that your needs and experiences shape our work together. I integrate medication management with supportive psychotherapy to address concerns such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and ADHD.

We will work towards a gradual improvement in your overall well-being together. I will be here to provide continuous support and make adjustments to your treatment plan as you progress.
