Hi there! I'm a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 2 years experience as a PMHNP and over 20 years' experience in health care.
I work with clients who want to improve their mental wellbeing. This might include balancing mood, decreasing anxiety-related symptoms, addressing unhelpful thoughts or behaviors, or getting more restful sleep. Many of my clients would say they are struggling to function in their everyday lives, although often the people around them don't realize this.
Together, we take a close look at what is bothering you. We will identify factors that have contributed to how you are feeling and work as a team to find solutions that will work for you.
Tools I use in practice include: Holistic assessment, Lab work, Medications, Supplements, Therapy, Coaching, and Lifestyle Modification.
