It's exhausting to feel like you're doing everything you can and still feel stuck. Whether you're managing anxiety, substance use, or the weight of multiple challenges at once, therapy can help you slow down, understand what's beneath the surface, and start building the life you want. Many of my patients are young adults and millennials who feel like they're carrying too much at once with nowhere safe to lay it down. I work with people navigating co-occurring disorders, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and the emotional weight that often comes with transitions, loss, or feeling misunderstood.
Together, we explore what's driving your behaviors, learn how to manage urges and triggers, and build a path toward lasting change. I use cognitive behavioral therapy to help you shift patterns that keep you stuck, dialectical behavior therapy to build emotional balance, and motivational interviewing to support change in a way that feels true to you.
Outside of sessions, I recharge by taking long walks with my dog, meditating, and making sure I get plenty of rest because I know that small acts of care really matter. In therapy, I offer the same gentle space built on trust, warmth, and self-determination. If you're ready to feel more grounded and understood, let's take the first step together.
