It is important to her to get to know you beyond your diagnoses and understand how different life factors/health conditions influence your symptoms.

Keighley enjoys working with OCD and the intricacies of its treatment, which can lead to better outcomes for individuals who have not had success with meds in the past. Her approach uses a combination of medication and supplementation strategies to target symptoms. She encourages clients to also see a therapist for the most robust response to treatment.

This allows us to explore recent stressors affecting your symptoms and response to medication, but is less frequent and in-depth than traditional therapy.
