My framework is integrative, incorporating psychological and psychodynamic understanding without any judgment. I strive to make therapy a collaborative and supportive experience so that individuals will feel safe, understood, and empowered.
I have experience working with children, teens and adults with mood disorders, anxiety disorders and trauma. At present I am working with adults only. However, I can help with parenting and those going through struggles related to family matters, relationships, and the different stages of life from childhood through the aging process.
