As a board-certified Physician Assistant, my focus is creating a comfortable, collaborative environment where patients feel at ease discussing anxiety, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), body dysmorphic disorder, and eating disorders. I believe meaningful progress begins with trust and meeting each person where they are. My goal is to equip patients with practical tools and individualized treatment plans that support both mental and emotional well-being.
My background as a Registered Dietitian shaped my understanding of the strong connection between physical and mental health, particularly in the treatment of eating disorders. I recognize that symptoms such as restriction, bingeing, or compulsive behaviors often reflect deeper emotional struggles.
My approach integrates medication management, patient education, and supportive care tailored to each individual’s needs. I view mental health as an essential part of overall health and am committed to helping patients build resilience, balance, and long-term stability.
