I work with children ages 5 and up, teens, and adults facing anxiety, depression, ADHD, or mood changes who want a clear plan and a provider who listens. Many people come to me feeling overwhelmed or unsure where to start. You don't need to have the answers before your first visit. We'll start where you are and move forward together.

As a board-certified psychiatric and family nurse practitioner with a Doctor of Nursing Practice, I start with a thorough evaluation of your history, strengths, and goals. We make medication decisions together, so you understand your options and feel confident in your plan. I also coordinate with your therapist or primary care provider.

I'm available on Fridays, in person at our Forest Hill and Bel Air offices and by telehealth across Maryland. Follow-up visits focus on what's working and what needs to change, so you always know the plan. If therapy would help, our team can connect you with a therapist. Call or email to schedule.
