With over 15 years of nursing experience across psychiatric care, family and internal medicine, and triage, I bring a whole-person perspective to mental health treatment. I focus on thoughtful assessment, clear diagnosis, and medication management that is practical, collaborative, and tailored to each individual.
Medication can be a helpful tool, especially when symptoms interfere with daily functioning or make therapy harder to access. I take time to explain options, monitor response and side effects closely, and adjust treatment carefully. I also have extensive experience working with individuals who struggle to clearly describe their internal experience.
