Welcome! I’m so glad you’ve found your way here. At Kinetic Mind, my practice is rooted in a deep commitment to providing compassionate, comprehensive mental health care. I have been practicing as a nurse practitioner since 2009 and bring a wealth of experience and insight to share with you.

Though this is a psychiatric practice, I offer a unique combination of resources designed to help you gain a deeper understanding of your health. By looking at your entire system — mind, body, and spirit — I work with you to create a personalized care plan that not only addresses your mental health but also fosters a sense of wholeness and balance.

I have been where you are, seeking help, clarity and the ability to move forward in life in the healthiest way possible. I am not about creating labels or treatment plans based on them. Rather, my model is to find the root causes of the most impactful issue you are experiencing and work towards healing and resolution.
