Your journey to wellness starts here! I am a state board certified and ANCC credentialed psychiatric family mental health NP. I have worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings with kids, teens and young adults experiencing a variety of mental health issues including mood disorders, behavioral issues, ADHD, autism spectrum disorders and thought disorders.
I completed my training at University of Colorado Medical Campus; I graduated as a Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in 2012. As a suicide hotline responder, RN and NP, I have worked in mental health since 2002. My passion lies in seeing people get better and functioning at their highest level.
A partner and I opened Aspen Leaf Holistic Mental Health to address all areas of wellness using a variety of treatment options including traditional medications, supplements, behavioral modification,referrals to outside providers and diet/exercise training. We strive to treat our clients as individuals, each with unique needs.
