I believe in helping people develop more self-awareness and getting in touch with their deeper emotions as a way to heal from anxiety, depression, insomnia, burnout, and the trauma from divorce, addiction, or other life events. Life is a journey for us to understand how our minds work, what our values are, and learning to listen to what our emotions are trying to tell us. I am here to help you to live in sync with your true self and find inner peace in a sometimes traumatic or turbulent world. I work with ages 18-65.

I work with patients to help them understand the neuroscience of emotional processing and how this manifests in emotions such as panic, anger, or insomnia. I will help you identify the root cause of your issues and find healthy resolutions that reflect your values. I have immediate in-network availability and I am accepting new patients.

As a Stanford-trained psychiatrist, I will discuss medication options and will often augment your treatment with medication when needed, but of course this is your decision. My treatment approach also utilizes assessment tools to identify core issues and track your progress through treatment. If you are only seeking medication management, I can also help.
