With more than 25 years of experience in psychiatry, I am committed to providing compassionate, individualized care to adults facing a variety of mental health challenges. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, stress, ADHD, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative and patient centered, recognizing each that each person's story, strengths and goals are unique. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgemental environment where clients feel empowered to participate in their treatment.

Drawing on over two decades of psychiatric experience, I combine evidence-based medication management with supportive therapy and education to help clients achieve greater emotional wellness and improve their quality of life. I believe in treating the whole person, not just symptoms, and in building strong therapeutic relationships founded on trust.
