I have a background that includes over 30 years experience and knowledge in providing mental health care to clients who need help dealing with diverse mental health issues and problems. Those who desire improved and better quality relationships whether in marriage, as a parent, in friendships, with relatives, including extended family, or in the workplace should contact me. I also have extensive experience working with clients who suffer from low self esteem, self-worth concerns and the illnesses that emanate from that like substances abuse, depression and anxiety. Improving quality of life addressing forgiveness issues is also a specialty.
I'm board certified psychiatric and mental health clinical specialist. My under graduate (with Highest Honors) and graduate degrees are from Rutgers University. My PhD is from Seton Hall University with my research focus - The Experience of Forgiving in the Marital Relationship.
I am a psychotherapist who believes in Talk Therapy and practices that modality because Talking is curative. I have been educated and trained in Modern Psychoanalysis at the Philadelphia School of Psychoanalysis and continue in those studies. In addition, I have extensive education from Rutgers, Summer School of Alcohol and Drug Studies.
