I am a Yale-educated, board certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with 7 years of experience. I am a specialist in integrative psychopharmacology and I work with children, adolescents, and adults. In addition, I am a psychotherapist using CBT and DBT approaches to address mood, anxiety, relationship, and other concerns. My goal is to listen to you deeply and to understand your experience so that I can be of greatest help.
I would like to collaborate with you to achieve your wellness goals. I offer medication management, psychotherapy, integrative medicine laboratory testing, genetic testing, and a careful assessment to develop with you the best treatment plan. I enjoy working with families and children. I am part of the Mind Body Seven DBT Team providing individual DBT.
I work at Mind Body Seven - a holistic mental health group of psychiatrists, psychologists, nurse practitioners and psychotherapists. We can also provide coordinated care for multiple family members and for a wide range of mental health concerns. While I am an out-of-network provider, our office will file with your insurance for reimbursement.
