I am a Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, who provides an integrated approach using therapy and medication. I incorporate evidence based practice when considering therapy or medication. I offer a conservative approach about medication, if needed, medication can be significant in regaining your health. The combination of psychotherapy and medication provide the best outcome
In my practice it is essential for me to get to know you, That is why each of our sessions is 50 minutes. Having this time at each visit gives us the opportunity to work together on medication changes if needed and the use of Therapy to allow us to explore your emotional needs and put a therapeutic plan in place to get well.
