For many women, the motivation to become healthier, happier, and more productive is impeded by their mental health. I believe that if women could feel better emotionally, then other challenges in their lives would become easier to address. This is a process that I personally understand all too well. My own healing journey began decades earlier; it was a long and seemingly slow journey, with little guidance as I tried more techniques than I can recall to work my way out of misery, exhaustion, and victimhood and into empowerment.
Things began to change once I embraced the fact that I needed medications to help me feel good enough to take steps to be a better version of myself. As I felt better, I began to understand that, if I wanted to continue to be a better version of myself, I needed to develop a way of listening to my own inner guide.
I work with women to find the right medication that helps them feel well enough to make significant changes in their lives. I also offer an effective therapy modality that cuts to the root of what is holding women back, allowing them to step into their empowered, happy, and thriving selves.
