A warm hello! I am the founder/owner of Timshel Integrative Psychiatry. I am an integrative nurse practitioner board certified in both psychiatry and family practice. I combine medication management with integrative therapies like nutrition, dietary supplements, counseling / lifestyle coaching and functional lab testing to create a treatment plan tailored to your unique needs. It’s hard to swerve when life throws curves. I am passionate about helping you find real life solutions for real life challenges. I specialize in anxiety, depression, bipolar spectrum, ADHD, intergenerational ( family trauma) , and perinatal care.
My goal is to create a space where you feel seen and respected. With each visit I partner with you to find accomplishable mind/ body strategies you can use in daily life. We couple these with appropriate medications, nutritional supplements. and empathetic therapy to support your goal of improved emotional and physical well-being.
I have practiced in intensive care, primary care, geriatrics and adult /pediatric oncology and bone marrow transplant. I am aware of the huge emotional impact of acute and chronic illness in patients and their loved ones. When you talk about these concerns- I get it. I have been there.
