I am an Advanced Practice Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in Austin, Texas. As an PMHNP, I provide both medication managment and psychotherapy and coaching services. I am committed to providing extraordinary, comprehensive care and have a warm, welcoming, and authentic approach. I relate to you as a human being not as a disease or set of symptoms. I suppose you could call that my "bedside manner." I firmly believe that this approach is key to being able to develop a trusting relationship with me, your partner in having the life you desire and deserve. I see patients via tele-session and/or face to face.
I work with adults from 18 - 60 years old treating depression, anxiety, bipolar, post-traumatic stress, addiction, and more. I start by completing an Initial Psychiatric Evaluation using online assessments and an in person interview. Once we determine what the issues are, we develop a comprehensive treatment plan that is appropriate and works for you.
Often, I also use a very unique treatment approach called MYnd Analytics which uses a cutting edge technology to determine what medications will provide the best treatment outcome the first time.
