I am trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and psychiatric medications. Informed consent, evidence-based care, and client education are at the heart of my practice, regardless of which treatment you choose. Medications (arm floaties!) can be an important part of treatment, but not required
