Hello, I'm Katherine Lee (Kat) and I am a psychiatric nurse practitioner with a treatment focus of anxiety, OCD and related disorders. My goal is to prescribe conservatively when appropriate to make space for meaningful behavioral, cognitive, and lifestyle changes. I enjoy working with young adult and adult professionals with OCD and/or anxiety. Although I do not act as a primary therapist, I am well versed in CBT/ERP and reinforce these concepts during medication management appointments.
