Most patients generally have the goal of having a collaborative partnership with their provider and this is something that you can expect from me. I like to establish honest and trusting relationships so that we can come up with an appropriate treatment plan together! I highly encourage my patients to not only utilize medication management to alleviate their symptoms but also participate in recommended lifestyle changes and choices to accelerate their mental health journey. If you are interested in using a combination of medication and holistic practice to alleviate your mental health systems, we will most likely be a good fit!

I am most familiar with treating individuals who struggle with anxiety and depression as well as bipolar disorders. I offer medication management to these individuals as well as some mild therapeutic techniques to help my patients become successful with improving their mental health. My specialty population is pre- and post-partum moms, but am open to all!

I believe it’s important to establish an honest relationship with your provider.
