I like to establish honest and trusting relationships so that we can come up with an appropriate treatment plan together! I highly encourage my patients to not only utilize medication management to alleviate their symptoms but also participate in recommended lifestyle changes and choices to accelerate their mental health journey. If you are interested in using a combination of medication and life style changes to improve your mental health, we will most likely be a good fit!

I am most familiar with treating individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and mood disorders. I offer medication management to these individuals as well as some mild therapeutic techniques to help my patients become successful with improving their mental health. I believe it takes a whole body approach when it comes to managing mental health.

I believe it’s important to establish an honest relationship with your provider.
