I am a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with a specialized focus on reproductive mental health. I currently provide outpatient psychiatric services, including diagnostic evaluation and medication management, to individuals with a range of psychiatric illnesses from diverse populations. I specialize in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs), and my goal is to help women regain a sense of strength and resilience as they work through these deeply personal experiences.
In my clinical practice, I have had the privilege of supporting women through some of life’s most challenging experiences, including counseling on abortion, infertility, pregnancy loss, and traumatic birth experiences. I approach these sensitive topics with compassion and care, offering a safe space for individuals to process grief, loss, and trauma.
My approach is rooted in trauma-informed care, understanding the profound impact that past trauma can have on mental and emotional well-being.
