I am a Harvard trained adult psychiatrist who specializes in women's mental health. Most women in my practice are struggling with mood symptoms related to the menstrual cycle, fertility, pregnancy & postpartum, as well as the menopause transition. I practice integrative psychiatry, which means I combine traditional pharmacotherapy with nutritional guidance, sleep optimization support, supplement regimens, and hormonal testing if desired. Please visit my website, tendtohermd.com, for more details.

I am currently taking on women's mental health cases. I also offer one time reproductive psychiatry consultations intended for individuals who already have a psychiatrist and would like a specialized consultation and treatment recommendations when planning for pregnancy or at any point during the perinatal period.
I am physically based in Denver, so offer tele-psychiatry only to patients in NY and NJ. I offer a free 15 minute introductory phone call to further discuss my services and see if we will be a good fit. Please schedule this call through tendtohermd.com. I look forward to connecting!
