My ideal clients are individuals across the lifespan who are seeking compassionate, holistic support for their mental health and overall well-being. I work especially well with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, life transitions, maternal mental health concerns during pregnancy and postpartum, family-related stressors, and women’s mental health concerns. Many clients come to my practice feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, disconnected, or unsure of how to regain balance in their lives.
I help individuals who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, mood changes, stress, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, and challenges related to pregnancy, postpartum, family dynamics, or daily functioning. My goal is to create a supportive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout their healing journey.
