About
Kate is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and a licensed Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner (ARNP). She provides individualized and evidenced based care and educates patients and families to empower them to make informed decisions about their mental health treatment. Kate understands that seeking mental health treatment for yourself or your child can be a confusing and challenging process and will be with you each step of the way. Kate has experience working with the LGBTQ+ community and provides LGBTQ+ affirming mental health care.
She provides psychiatric evaluations and medication management services for children adolescents and young adults. She treats a wide spectrum of psychiatric diagnoses including depressive disorders, ADD/ADHD, OCD, PTSD, bipolar disorders, psychotic disorders, eating disorders, and women’s mental health disorders such as PMDD, prenatal/postpartum and anxiety.
Kate was born and raised in the PNW. She enjoys spending time with her family and some of her favorite hobbies include skiing, hiking, kayaking, embroidery, and baking.
