Kasara provides effective evidence-based medication management and brief therapeutic counseling for adults, adolescents and children. She treats a variety of conditions including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, insomnia, ADHD and autism. She coordinates care by working closely with psycho-therapists, counselors, and other health care providers. She has a strong background working with children and adolescents alongside a pediatric psychiatrist, but also has a longstanding history caring for adults, the elderly and underserved. She enjoys teaching PA students for several universities including MUSC and South University.
Kasara is NCCPA double board certified (PA-C and CAQ Psy) with >15 years of experience in healthcare and a passion for helping her patients achieve their best quality of life through optimal physical and mental wellbeing. I believe in being accessible to my patients and continuously ensure same day appointments for my existing patients.
