Welcome! If this is your first time thinking about medication, I'm so glad you're here. I specialize in providing medication management for adults and young adults struggling with anxiety, overthinking, and difficulty with sleeping. I am a Columbia-trained, board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in New York City. As an AAPI provider, I am especially passionate about understanding and embodying culturally sensitive care for Asian-American communities.
In addition to private practice, I have been working as a psychiatric nurse practitioner since 2021 at a community mental health clinic.
