Her goal for you is to understand and feel comfortable with the treatment options that are available so that you may live your best life.
Karla’s passion for mental health comes from seeing friends and family struggling, as well as the stigma and what the lack of treatment can do to people and families. It can feel stressful, lonely, and confusing when facing mental health issues; Karla hopes to create a space that feels supportive, no matter where someone is in their journey.
