You are given realistic expectations when it comes to psychopharmacology & are educated that medications cannot treat life skills; therefore, receiving therapy can be highly beneficial.
I work with my clients by listening to their stories and providing empathy. I always recommend therapy with medication because the combination of both treatments is more effective than either alone.
