In her practice, Karen believes that focusing on the patient's safety is the most important part of patient care.
When I worked in primary care, my passion for mental health grew during collaboration with my patients to meet their mental health goals, which motivated me to obtain my psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner to increase my competence in not only treating my patients physically but mentally as well.
