Specializations: Children (including very young children with behavioral or developmental disorders), adolescents, college students, and women who are pregnant or postpartum (including while breastfeeding). OCD of all types.
My approach is to collaborate with your therapist as much as possible and help with lifestyle factors, nutrition and supplements, or alternative options if appropriate. I also provide parent education and skills. If you are breastfeeding, I can help with any problems, consult about medication during breastfeeding and provide support.
