I subscribe to a holistic approach. I am dual certified in psychiatry and family medicine. I also work in addiction medicine. Sometimes depression can be a hormonal imbalance. Sometimes, your brain just won't shut off due to the worry. Or, maybe people just don't get you. I get it. I want to help. I am faith based and respect yours.

Treatment is always individualized. I do not take a cookie cutter approach. For instance medications may help relieve symptoms along with cognitive behavioral therapy for better symptom control or remission. Treatment may take 6-8 sessions or longer depending on the individual. Our first initial consultation will allow information gathering and assessment to help decide the treatment approach.
