About
I believe psychotherapy and sometimes medications are important aspects of self care and a valuable investment we can make in ourselves. Sometimes concerns with daily life and relationships can seem overwhelming, detracting from our ability to be present, living and breathing the current moment, let alone being passionate and focused with life goals and plans. My approach to treatment always includes working in a collaborative, respectful effort to assist you in crafting individualized therapy goals for your life & journey to wellness.
My practice includes working with persons experiencing an array of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, mood disorders and adult ADHD. My office is centrally located, near the 9th Avenue & Colorado Blvd development and the Rose Medical Center area.
Dealing with the pandemic has challenged our expectations about how we live & work in the world. During these complicated & chaotic times it may be important to reach out for support from a mental health provider. I practice with compassion and integrity, and am interested in getting to know you and your unique life experiences and challenges.
