With more than two decades of experience in healthcare, I've observed that mental health services often do not receive the attention they deserve. Transitioning from family medicine to mental health care has underscored the critical demand for these services among my patients and the limited availability in mental health care open to them. My objective is to ensure that individuals in need receive the support they're entitled to. Through various talk therapies and, when necessary, medication management, I aim to assist you in finding your ideal balance for a successful, fulfilling, and healthy life.
