I work with all ages from ODD, Conduct disorder, ADHD, mood disorders (depression and bipolar disorder), anxiety disorders (generalize anxiety disorder, PTSD, social anxiety, OCD, etc.), and thought disorders (schizophrenia). I'm most comfortable treating these conditions.
My approach to mental healthcare is treating all my clients with respect and to be open-minded. My goal is to provide quality, evidence based healthcare that will enable all clients to be free from mental health struggles and challenges.
I try and create a relaxing environment where clients are free to talk about anything without feeling like they are being judged. Even though, I do mostly medication management, I always ask about how they are doing personally. I notice some of the time, their symptoms stems from situational stressors.
