I don't accept insurance, but if you have out-of-network benefits I can provide an itemized receipt that you can submit to your insurance company. Rates: Initial Consultations $350 (1 hr), Medication Management Follow-ups $175 (20 min), Therapy (with or without medication management) $275 (45 min).
